Kale Crisps

This summer, my dear friend Margo made these. I made them for the first time last night.

kale
oil
salt

rinse the kale and shake it dry. slice leaves in half along the stem, splitting the stem in half. then chop into 1 inch piece. toss in a bowl with the tiniest amount of oil and a bit of salt.

spread out in one layer on a baking sheet and bake at 400 for 5-10 minutes.

the result is a crisp crunchy satisfying snack for a vegetable lover.
